Project Manager

Your Role:
Lead logistical and administrative functions.

Proposal Development & Sourcing Manager
The Proposal Development and sourcing Manager will expand our amenity solution portfolio and build a robust value-added division within the company. Must have a keen eye for trending new bespoke goods/gifts as well as a remarkable style for branding, packaging, merchandising, and vendor management. This critical role will directly support the sales team by handling all administrative and merchandising tasks of proposals. A collaborative, kind, constructive, and energetic style with a guided vision of wpg’s core values is critical.

Brand Ambassador
This position will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and following our proven method to deliver memorable events and experiences. Our Brand Ambassadors are a group of charismatic, organized, and friendly hospitality professionals. Brand Ambassadors are outgoing and polished individuals who travel to amazing destinations to conduct on-site gifting events (Pop-Up retail-style shops) for our clients. This role is a per-event, contract position and will be paid per event.
